How do I replace a lost puzzle piece?
We will need some information concerning the name stool or puzzle.
1. Is their a website stamped on the back? If so, is it underlined?
2. Is the first letter red or pink?
3. What is the length of the stool / puzzle, 12 inches or 16 inches?
4. What is the name on the stool / puzzle?
Call or email us with this information and we let you know what we need
to replace the piece(s)
What is the cost?
Replacement pieces are free; however, there is a shipping charge.
When you contact us with the above information, we will be able to let
you know the exact shipping fee.
My name stool has been damaged over the years. How do I
get it repaired?
We will repair it for free. There is a shipping charge. Call us at
800 383 0247 so we can discuss it with you.
Do you use Child Safe finishes?
We only use people safe finishes for everything that we do. That means
that anyone including a child or dog will not be harmed by chewing on
the puzzle pieces. (A little extra fiber in their diet from the wood
probably doesn’t hurt either.)
Why does it take 3 – 5 weeks to receive my order?
We make each order by hand and to do it right takes time. Our feeling
is that we would like to take a little longer to get the product done
with the quality that you expect rather than just moving the order out
the door.
How do I get to your shop?
We are located in Ferguson, Missouri, a little north
of St Louis, MO. From the South and West: take I-270 North to exit #29,
West Florissant Rd. Turn south and drive approximately 2.5 miles to
Ferguson Aveune. Turn right and drive approximately 0.7 miles. We are
located on the right hand side in Building #805
