I ordered 3 name Trains for Christmas. The Trains are Great. However, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! I ordered 3 trains on Nov 30th & was promised them by Christmas. Not only did they NOT arrive, but none of my emails or phone calls were ever returned. I tried multiple times. After Christmas came & went, I tried calling again & still my messages went unanswered. As of January 5, the phone number didn't even work anymore. FINALLY on January 13th, the trains arrived. There was no explanation, no apology, no discount- NOTHING. This is very disappointing service after all of the great things that I had heard about this company. I expected to be treated like a valued Customer after spending over $100 on trains. This is why I am giving a rating of 2 stars. Love the Trains. Disappointed with the company.
